We try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Our processing time may be slightly delayed due to weekends, holidays and high volume sale periods. All U.S. orders tend to arrive 3-5 business days after the order is placed. However, we kindly ask our U.S. customers to allow at least 5-7 business days for delivery and our International customers to allow at least 7-10 business days for delivery.

We are happy to accept returns for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY up to 10 days from when the item is received/purchased. Returned items must have their original packaging, be in new unworn condition, and all tags attached. An item can be returned if it does not fit or if you want a different item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (415) 695-2915 with details on exchanging your item(s) prior to mailing the item(s) back to us or bringing them to our flagship store. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to FAZE Apparel. Once received, your exchange will be shipped at our cost.
All sale/discount item(s) CANNOT be returned for an exchange or refund unless the product is faulty or damaged. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of sale/discount item(s) once we receive it.
