Official Video for "Grannies"

May 01, 2017

Houston, Texas rapper, Maxo Kream, has provided his fans with a video for one of his latest tracks, "Grannies". I first came across Maxo on SoundCloud when I heard his track, Cell Boomin'. I think that was close to 2 years ago but he's been on my radar ever since. His track, Grannies, is pretty dope because it's a nod to the story-telling style that was prevalent among rappers in the Golden Era of Hip Hop. Think Slick Rick but with more of a hood twist. The song provides a vivid visual of Maxo Kream's family and his upbringing. You almost don't need a video because you can clearly visualize the lyrics spit by Maxo. But the good thing is that there is a video for the track so I'd like to share it with y'all. Check it out below!

Also, listen to his MAXO 187 album on SoundCloud. A dope album with some dope features. Peep it!
